Staff was wonderful

The shower curtain had a bit of mold and the bed cover had a couple of small stains on it.

The location is nice, close to alot of food places

Very smelly entrance, period stain on my bed. They charge to to watch movies.

The room has everything I needed for one person. Clean room, nice shower, ac. Good location by a lot of foor

Microwave in the room, quite big room to walk around

Bit far away from the stations, but there were many trains in umeda, a night light that not shines in your face would be nice, walls and ventilation were a bit dusty

My favorite point is that there are air cleaner and microwave oven.

The curtain in the bathroom was moldy.

The location was good.

The cleanliness should be improved. There was massive dust on the headboard top rail part of the bed. There were also contact lenses used by the previous guest. On top of that, the basin seemed clogged.

Best value, quiet rooms and good privacy for solo travellers

The size of the beds were approx.: 90x 200 and130x200It is impossible to offer this small room with just two small beds for 4 people. In the description, it wasn’t clear that the beds have these sizes. The surrounding area wasn’t nice especially for women.

Just the price. Everything else was disappointing.

I liked that the artificial intelligence of the fully automated checking in machine, completely randomly selected a room for me that happened to be on the smoking floor with windows just above the next building where from 6am there us demolition going on and I have even paid to have a late check-out.

I didn't like that air conditioner 2 feet above my head was not even a bigger size, and was not making even more noise. never again

The price was very cost effective, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the station. Toilet and shower are clean and tidy.

The bed sheets are clean but stained, and the bed is too soft and doesn't provide much support. The walls are also thin and people talking in the hallways can be heard.

It was in a convenient location.

The check in process was not facilitated by staff, the staff member just motioned to a machine for us to do it ourselves. The room was small and moldy with the windows directly facing the wall on the next building. The bathroom smelled musty and the bedsheets had male bodily fluids stains on them. The bed was tiny - definitely not a two person bed, as the other person will be squished up against a very cold wall.

Location

I have never seen a dirtier room in my life. The covers were all dirty and yellowish, along with the hair of previous guests, even in the bathroom. A layer of dust covered the table and chairs. In the bathroom, there were large colonies of fungi that were on the curtain.

I stayed four nights and there was no housekeeping. I mean not even a replacement trash bag

They changed my room and gave me a nicer, cleaner one.

There was no one at reception in the morning during checkout. I reckon there is a box for the room key, but i wanted to speak to someone. I called the number of the hotel trying to see if i can get anyone to come to the reception area. A man picks up the phone, speaking in Japanese, naturally. I asked if he knows any English and he said no. I tried to explain what i wanted with whatever broken Japanese i have. He kept quiet and he didn’t even try to help. I gave up and said “daijobu desu arigato gozaimasu”, he straight up hung up on me without saying a word. I found that to rude. I do not recommend.

Staff (Tej san especially) was very nice and helped explaining about the place as I visited Osaka for the first time. The room was comfortable but would have been better if it were more clean. Room was a little dusty but the view from the 10th floor was best. One can view Hep Five Ferris wheel as well.

Would have been better if cafe was open as I couldn't have breakfast before my flight early morning.
